Synergy Support and Healthcare Services provides high quality and responsive disability services to the Greater Sydney community.
We have extensive professional and personal experience supporting people with disability and bring to Synergy Support and Healthcare Services a passion for providing disability support and services that are genuinely personalised and culturally sensitive.
Synergy Support and Healthcare Services primary focus is on supporting people with disability who are participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Its services include:
- Assistance participants with travel and transport;
- Household tasks, including house and yard maintenance and other essential tasks that the participant is not able to undertake such as meal preparation and cleaning;
- Assisting participants with and/or supervising personal tasks of daily life to enable them to live as autonomously as possible. These individual supports can be provided in a range of environments, including but not limited to, the participant’s own home; and
- Assisting participants to participate actively in community, social and civic activities; supporting participants during these activities; and developing participants’ ability to partake in these activities.
